I try to answer all questions and issues within 48 hours, pending illness, power outages, vacations and other unexpected events.

If You Never Hear From Me

One of two things has happened:

1. Your e-mail account is blocking mail from the Digital SLR Guide - please check your BULK or JUNK folder to see if my answer is there
2. I have lost your e-mail in the shuffle - this rarely happens, but I do get a lot of e-mail and can sometimes miss a message here and there - just send me a reminder note and I'll answer your question ASAP

Special Note for Internet Explorer 7 Users

A new security feature of Internet Explorer 7 will prevent you from accessing the lessons unless you change some settings.

If you use Internet Explorer 7, please follow these steps now:

1. Click on Tools (top right) > Internet Options
2. Click the Security tab
3. Click on "Trusted Sites" (the checkmark)
4. Click the "Sites" button
5. Un-check the box that says: "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
6. Click the Add button to add https://www.digital-slr-guide.com to your list of trusted sites
7. Click "Close" then click "OK"

That's it! Now you should be able to access all of the digital SLR lessons.
