One of the biggest department stores in the UK

I agree, John Lewis is a reliable retail shop and one is always sure to find products at a competitive price. They have several stores across the UK and I think it is comparable to Macy's in the USA.

Yes, as previous comment says they are usually very reliable and reputable. I shop in the store fairly frequently and online too. Probably one step down from a designer-style department store?
